Volunteer Appreciation Dinner 2014

Volunteer Appreciation Group for blogLast night, we had a fantastic night of celebrating the fantastic volunteers we have at Options Now and Repeat Boutique.  Our volunteers are being a blessing to others, serving the Lord, and #GivingEveryday.

We had a great crowd turn out, a fun time of fellowshipping, a fantastic dinner, and an inspiring message.  We were celebrating over 5700 volunteer hours donated in 2014 alone.  That is huge!  Executive Director, Becky Deas, said that we can generally estimate that each volunteer hour saves the ministry $10.  That equals over $57,000 in in-kind donations for 2014 alone.  Those volunteer hours make a huge difference in how far Options Now’s budget can stretch & help us make our donors’ dollars go even further.

Thank you to the volunteers who make Options Now & Repeat Boutique Thrift Store operate so smoothly!  And a special thanks to Christ’s Fellowship Church for hosting the event and to Ellen Simms for coordinating the entire dinner.
